Neon Orange Cut-Crease Pictorial

Steps:

1. Apply a primer, then press on MAC neo-orange pigment onto the lid with #239 brush

2. Cut the crease with a black pencil liner

3. Shade out the liner with MAC #228 brush (small shader brush), and soften & blend with #217 brush (fluffy blending brush)

4. Liner upper lash line with MAC blacktrack fluidline with #210 brush (precise liner brush)

5. Line lower lash line with a pencil liner and blend out

6. Apply lashes & mascara :)
